VSKMR ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and app. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, how our subscriptions and payments work, and the choices you have. By using this site or app you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We currently collect only the minimum information needed to run your admin portal account and provide fabric rendering:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Contact number

We do not collect any other personal information at this time. As our services grow, this may change in the future — if it does, we will update this policy and clearly communicate any new information we collect before we start collecting it.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser/device type, and app version.
  • Pages or screens visited and time spent, via standard server logs.
  • Cookies necessary for the site to function, such as your CSRF session token.

App Permissions

Our Android and iOS apps request camera and storage/photo library permissions solely so you can upload fabric textures and images for rendering. We do not use these permissions to access, collect, or store any other files or media on your device, and no other device permissions are requested at this time.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your admin portal account.
  • Process and manage your subscription.
  • Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • Operate, maintain and improve the website, app, and fabric rendering service.
  • Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
  • Meet legal obligations we are subject to.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans start from ₹99 onwards, depending on the plan you choose.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel, you may continue using fabric rendering until the end of your current billing month.
  • Subscription validity (monthly or yearly) depends on the plan you purchase.
  • If you upgrade or downgrade your plan in the middle of a billing period, any remaining unused days on your current plan may be forfeited. We recommend switching plans close to your renewal date to avoid losing remaining time.

4. Payments

At present, subscriptions are processed manually via UPI — we display a UPI QR/scanner code for you to complete payment, and your subscription is activated after manual verification. We plan to add automated payment gateways in the future, which may include Razorpay, Stripe, Cash on Delivery (COD), and others. When we do, this policy will be updated to describe how those providers handle your payment information; we do not store your full payment card or UPI credentials ourselves.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run this site and app — for example, hosting, payment/UPI processing, and email delivery providers — under agreements that restrict them to using it only to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our studio, our users, or others.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies required for the site to function correctly, including a session cookie used for form security (CSRF protection). We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect the contact form.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account, subscription, and contact form information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we are not required to keep it for legal or billing purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, including as we introduce new payment gateways or features. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date at the top.
